Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If the order has already shipped, CrownStep is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
CrownStep is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
