Return & Refund Policy


At CrownStep, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work in our store.

 


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn

In the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging (including tags, accessories, and shoe box)

Free from damage, stains, or odors

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Sale/discounted items marked as final sale

Used or worn products


2. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges based on stock availability.

If the item you want is out of stock, we will provide:

A store credit, or

A refund (if eligible)

 


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
CrownStep is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging

A description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
